I'm at a loss for words to say how wonderful this is. It's perfect. From the outside these might seem like small moments where nothing remarkable happened (except #4, but coming back to life is sort of routine for Jack), yet they're seeds that contain the whole relationship between these two men inside them.
Solicitous Ianto goes above an beyond expectations and it turns out he's the perfect complement to Jack in so many ways. I was touched by #2 and really moved by #4, and this made me grin like an fool: “I’m sure you’ll tire of it eventually.”
Well, even Ianto can't be right about everything. :-p
