Ah, I loved this! *_* Such a wonderfully intimate and subtle take on how Ianto came into his own with Jack. (And with Torchwood, I suppose.) Really lovely character study.

And I have to admit, I was initially drawn into this fic by the title, which is SO perfect for this. That's one of my favorite phrases/idioms in Japanese, too. I've always found it really beautiful. ♥
